New Year New (look) Oven ?

Now that the dust has settled on all the festivities, and things are getting back to normal, perhaps it is time to think about getting a post Christmas oven clean. Lovely as it is to cook a great big festive meal (or maybe several), they can leave the oven looking, well, less than pristine. All that goose fat might make for a lovely crisp roast potato, but if it's left the oven a bit smell and splattered, that doesn't make for a great start to the fresh new year.
